Uniforms for UPS

When UPS changed their uniform policy and required most drivers and workers to cover tattoos and other body art, employees and branches turned to Custom Sports Sleeves for proper arm covers. We worked with UPS to develop a sleeve solution that was comfortable, met brand standards, and could easily be distributed across the country and the world.

Sleeves in Space at NASA

When NASA was developing their Robonaut 2 robot, they needed an arm sleeve solution to fit over the robots mechanical arms. Each sleeve had to meet very precise requirements so that the robot could function with the sleeves slipping. NASA engineers turned to CSS to develop the sleeve. With rapid prototyping, over 10 years of experience, and our manufacturing plant in the USA, we were able to quickly iterate the design with the engineers' feedback and get NASA proper sleeves for Robonaut 2 within a couple weeks.

Today Robonaut 2 is aboard the International Space Station, still wearing our sleeves. NASA has continued to work with CSS on other projects and we can proudly say that we are the only compression apparel company with sleeves in space.
