SHIPPING
What are the shipping methods, costs, and speeds offered?
Custom Sports Sleeves offers a variety of shipping methods for domestic (within USA) and international destinations. We make shipping as easy as can be with price-based shipping. Orders over $45 are eligible to ship for free within the US. Click here for transit times and rates.
Can you really get me a customized product in a few days?
Yes! We make our products in the USA. Unlike other companies, we do not take weeks to ship our products, even our custom and personalized products.
What is typical processing time before an order is shipped?
Typical processing time (time before shipment) is 2-5 business days. It may take up to 7 business days during peak times and for customized orders.
For express shipments, we do our best to ship the same day if the order is received by 11 am EST.
Business days are Monday-Friday and some Saturdays.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, upon shipment of your order a tracking number will be provided.
Does CSS ship internationally (outside the USA)?
Yes, international (outside the USA) shipping methods are available to select countries.
Help! I still do not have my order! What do I do?
If you received a shipment confirmation email, please check it for your tracking information. If shipping seems to be taking an unusually long time, please visit www.USPS.com to see if there are delays in your area. You may also track your package there.
If this does not help, please call USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or call your local post office for help.
How do I get free shipping? Does free shipping apply to international orders?
Orders over $45 will automatically receive free shipping IF SHIPPED WITHIN THE USA. Free shipping applies to the standard delivery method.
How do I track an order?
We suggest creating an account during checkout to easily track your order. You may also track your order with your order number and email address by contacting us.
You will receive email notifications to confirm your order and also when your order is ready to ship.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for products with manufacturing defects within 30 days of purchase. We generally do not accept returns on customized or personalized products. Click here for our full return policy and instructions.
Are your sleeves sold as singles or pairs?
Most product descriptions will say if a particular sleeve is sold as a single sleeve or in pairs. Different sports have different uses and some require pairs while others, single sleeves. Assume that most products are sold AS A SINGLE SLEEVE. Sleeves sold as pairs will explicitly say so in the description.
Where can I find the sizing charts of other CSS products?
Sizing charts for any product can be found on the respective product listing page by clicking the "Sizing" tab. If you cannot find the chart or are having issues seeing it, please do not hesitate to contact us.
How do I care for my products?
You may hand wash your products in cold water. Drip dry after washing or tumble dry on low heat.
Does CSS offer team, bulk, event, or reseller discounts?
Yes, CSS offers discounts for teams, bulk orders, resellers, charities, and events. Please use the contact form found here to inquire about these discounts.

Does CSS make their products in the USA?
We make over 90% of our products in the United States. We do this to have oversight of the production and quality of every product we make.

CSS operates Monday-Friday except on major US holidays. Our hours of operation run 10 am – 4 pm EST on business days.
