timely order & appropriate products
This is an email I sent on Sept 10th. I have not heard a reply yet!
This is regarding the shoelaces I ordered from you. I received a phone call on August 31st, stating that these shoelaces had been popular and the company was sold out. They sent 61 of the 90 that I ordered. They stated I would be given a refund on those that I didn’t receive. To date, I have not received this refund. We a non-profit Relay For Life group and every penny counts. Can you please advise me when I can expect this refund?
I have filled my quantity needed for our event by ordering elsewhere.
