How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.

So I bought the custom number sleeve and really liked. Then I got two more regular non-custom number sleeves, and I actually prefer that style because it has elastic at the top and stays up better- so definitely email customer service because they can add it to the custom sleeve and you'll be glad you got it. Great quality, holds up well, number looks sharp.

This is great, as a pitcher these help me keep my hands dry and it fits great! Could be a little tighter around the wrist, but really have 0 complaints!
