How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.

I did ask to get the number on my wrist changed before it was sent and they were totally open to the change, just didn’t quite catch em in time and got it delivered w the wrong number, order another w the right one n use the old one for practice
