POOR Customer Service
The sleeves are good (they run big…), but the customer service is terrible! Make SURE your order is correct. I ordered three sleeves with NO customization. I ordered adult small for my son (6’3” 210lb), but they were too big. He needs a youth medium. After receiving them I wanted to exchange them for one size smaller. I first attempted to call customer service, but no answer and was told to text (508-981-7709).
10/20 I texted and got a response. I was asked a couple questions and I answered them. I then stopped receiving messages or answers.
10/25, texted, but no response.
10/31 emailed and got a response again asking a question, I responded with the answer. I then stopped receiving messages or answers.
11/8 emailed requesting an update, no response
11/15 emailed requesting an update, no response
11/16 emailed requesting an update, no response
11/16 texted but no response
11/17 texted but no response
11/28 texted but no response
11/28 left my first online review
