Exactly what I wanted
This does everything I wanted and expected to. The compression is good, fits like I hoped, and it's comfortable.
If I had a magic wand I'd make the material a little thinner, but that's an extreme nitpick.
How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.
