How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.

The quality of this product is great, but the color is not what we expected. We ordered light turquoise and what we actually got was an electric blue color. It’s very pretty but not what we expected. It could possibly help significantly if you all had a color chart available for reference.

The sleeve is great, but the color is off from what it shows in the website. I ordered the teal, thinking it was going to match my uniform, but when it arrived it was much lighter than the pic on the site shows. This is the only reason why I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Will re-order in another color
