How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.

I work in a warehouse throwing pallets for 7 hours a day, (taking out breaks and lunch) 5 days a week. My forearms would get so covered in scratches that people would often comment on them and ask how they got so scratched up. Ive worn these for about two weeks now, and one has a small hole and the seams on both are beginning to fray slightly. However, considering the nature of my job, i am impressed, and my forearms are healing finally!
They also breath very easily. When I get all sweaty in the summertime as I'm going crazy at my work, doing heavy cardio for 30+ minute intervals at a time (comparing my job to working out), i hardly notice them on me. Then when I hang them on the fan to dry, they dry very quickly.
These are very durable and very comfortable, I would totally buy them again.
