How to Measure: Use a cloth tape measure or string and a ruler to measure the circumference of your un-flexed bicep where the top of the arm sleeve will be. Match your un-flexed bicep circumference to the chart above to determine your arm sleeve size. If you are between two sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size.

After not hearing from company about when my order would ship .. like it says they do when your paying… I emailed them to find out my order hadn’t been sent in to get it ready to ship.. they said they would get it ready asap.. told them it was a birthday present and asked if they could next day delivery for there hold up., they said yes .. a short time later I received a bill for next day charges ., I told them not to next day it if they where not paying it for there mishandling of it .. needless to say .. they didn’t ..
10 days later I got it .. and it wasn’t what was ordered.. I contacted customer service.. still haven’t heard back.. just the kinda place that I’ll never do business with again., and I’m still waiting on a reply..

They are much lighter and more breathable than what I expected. I would definitely recommend these. Fair warning: make sure to be careful and not let the sleeve stitching touch any velcro, as it will rip your stitching and you'll be one sleeve down.
